• We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period once a service is active.

Refund Eligibility

• If you cancel within 24 hours of initial purchase and have not used the service (i.e., no VM or service instance has been actively running), you are eligible for a full refund.
• If the service was unavailable due to a fault on our end (e.g., prolonged downtime, provisioning failures) and you report it within 7 days of occurrence, we may offer a partial or full refund after review.
• Promotional or free-tier usage is not eligible for refunds.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Services that have already been consumed or used significantly (e.g., high bandwidth/VM usage).
• One-time setup fees, where applicable.
• Payments made via promotional credits or coupons.
